The Weed Airport (O46) is a public general aviation airport located 4 miles northwest of Weed, California, and operated by Siskiyou County since 1958. It features a single 5,000-foot asphalt runway and serves aircraft with tiedown parking and fueling services. The airport offers self-service 100LL avgas and Jet A fuel available 24/7 through a credit card-operated pump and full-service Jet A provided by Vali Aviation. There is an FBO onsite staffed seasonally with regular business hours and on call as needed. Weed Airport is uncontrolled, using CTAF 122.700 for communication.
Weed Airport - O46
Siskiyou County Airport (KSIY) is a public-use, non-towered general aviation airport located about 3 miles northeast of Montague, California, at an elevation of 2,650 feet. Operated by Siskiyou County, it features a single 7,490-foot asphalt runway (17/35) equipped with PAPI, REIL, and medium-intensity lighting, supporting a variety of aircraft, including large jets. The airport offers self-service and full service Jet A fuel provided by Vali Aviation LLC. It includes tie-down parking, and electronic gate access. KSIY functions as a U.S. Forest Service tanker base and Cal Fire helibase during fire season. Communication is handled via CTAF 123.000.
